Small group lessons will begin next week for most band students. In lessons, students will learn instrument specific literacy and techniques that are applied in the large group rehearsals. This year we will use google classroom to track our work. The lesson schedule (which states the time of their lesson each week) will be posted in 3 places:

the bulletin board in the band hall
google classroom
in public team spaces

PERFORMING ARTS KICK OFF MEETING A SUCCESS!

All 5th-8th grade WCS Performing Arts musicians met on Wednesday. We met Ms. Schultz, who will be teaching chorus and general music through December. We also welcomed new friends to the program and introduced all of the opportunities that are available.

Symphonic Band (grade 5): Tuesday, 9/6 at 11:50
Concert Band (grade 6): Wednesday, 9/7 at 11:50

Welcome Back!

Welcome back musicians and families! We are excited to kick off the new school year on the first day of school. Please come to the theater at 11:50 to learn all about this year's program!!
