Beginner Band Rehearsal and Concert Information

		special notes:
Monday, 5/12	follow schedule as is: 8:50-all saxes and baritone 9:30- all clarinets and trumpets
Wednesday, 5/14	10:20- all Equinox (Wednesday) musicians 11:00- all Mosaic and Kaleidoscope (Wednesday)            musicians	(altered to accommodate NECAP schedule)
Monday, 5/19	all Monday musicians- 8:20-9:00	THIS IS OUR LAST MONDAY
Wednesday, 5/21	all Wednesday musicians- 8:20-9:00
Wednesday, 5/28	ALL beginner musicians 8:30-9:30	This is the last day that  volunteer small groups  can “audition” to perform in the concert.
Wednesday, 6/4	ALL beginner musicians 8:30-9:30
Thursday, 6/5	CONCERT DAY!  (in the WCS auditorium) ALL beginner musicians rehearse  at 8:30 Performance for 3/4 teams  at 9:30 evening performance at 6:30 call time: 6:10	day concert: please wear nice clothing, but no need to dress up as much as  you will at night. evening concert:  Girls- top with dressy pants, capris  or skirt.  Boys: Nice pants, shirt and tie If you need to borrow clothing, please ask Mrs. Thompson ahead of time.
