Evening Concert
7:30-7:45- set up
7:45-7:55 - check in with your team for attendance and return to the stage
7:55-8:45 warm up
8:45-9:45- concert #1
9:45-10:15- snack break, reset for next concert
10:15-10:30- warm up
10:30-11:30- concert #2
11:30-11:40- put instruments away
11:40-12:20- lunch/recess
12:20-end of day- attend classes (not band)
6:15- arrive, set up, warm
up
7:00- evening concert
Due to the weather forecast, the WCS 5th/6th Grade Beginner Band
Debut Concert has been POSTPONED to
Wednesday, 2/1
6:30 pm in the auditorium.
Musicians: Please arrive by 6:10.
Concert dress: Black bottoms, blue concert shirt
Special note to Swift House Beginner Band Families: Please attend the concert and head to the open house after the concert. (Approximately 6:50 pm.)
